Changelog

The authoritative changelog ships with the package:

• CHANGELOG on pub.dev — the released history.
• CHANGELOG on GitHub — the same history, in the repo.

raku_router follows semantic versioning. Pre-1.0, the public API surface is reviewed and locked; further changes are additive features, not churn.
